Financial Aid

Partial and Full Financial Aid in the form of registration and accommodation reimbursement will be available for 

selected participants, who are going to submit an abstract by 21st March 2025 and register for the conference. 

Priority will be given to those who are going to present a paper, attend the conference, coming from developing 

countries and/or having a student status (Limited Quota and on merit basis). All LOCAL POSTGRADUATES 

(Dongguan) presenting a paper at the conference will have their registration fee waived.

For every three participants, one registration fee is waived!

All participants with financial aid or free registration need to purchase their own banquet dinner tickets.
